Finish It Up Friday :: Modern Meadows Quilt Top

Happy Friday! We made it through another week people and I for one can't believe we're halfway through MAY already. I actually finished a couple of projects this week including a Sailor Top that I love (but does need a little tweaking on the size) and this quilt top. This was made from a long saved bundle that used a lot of the Modern Meadows line from Joel Dewberry plus some other prints I added in the same sage/navy/brown families.

This is another pattern I use a lot when I want to keep favorite prints from getting too chopped up - the Turning Twenty pattern by Tricia Cribbs - for the record this is actually a Turning Sixteen ;-) I bought the pattern at my LQS years ago and I've gotten a ton of use out of it. This sizes finished up at 70"x70" which could be a very generous couch quilt or even a queen size bed topper. Now to decide on a back and get it quilted!

Linking up with Crazy Mom Quilts for Finish It Up Friday - thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend :-)
