From the kitchen :: Danger Muffins

You guys, I need to warn you about these muffins (or biscuits but I bake them in a muffin tin so to me they're muffins). I saw this recipe on Pinterest and then over at Plain Chicken on a night when I was feeling snacky. I had everything, made them and then struggled not to eat all 12. Which is pretty much how it's gone every time I've made them since. So consider yourself warned, these are dangerous, delicious muffins. You might eat them all and thank me anyway.

Danger Muffins

1 1/2 C. Bisquick
3/4 C buttermilk (I've used plain old milk too with a tsp. of vinegar thrown in)
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 C shredded cheddar cheese + extra to sprinkle on tops
1/4 C bacon pieces

Mix everything together gently and scoop into well-greased muffin tins (I got exactly 12 muffins). Sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
